PXF Payroll Solutions offer a comprehensive range of services ranging from Weekly, Fortnightly, Four Weekly and Monthly Payrolls. We understand that not all employers have the same requirements, and we are therefore in a position to provide whichever pay frequency is best suited to your business.

WORK PLACE PENSIONS / AUTO ENROLMENT

PXF Payroll Solutions can take care of arranging your employees' Work Place Pension Scheme, and ensure that you are fully compliant.

HMRC - RTI (Real Time Information)

PXF Payroll Solutions will ensure that your employees' information is uploaded to the HMRC on time, and will send reminders to you when your payment is due and how much to pay.

YEAR END REPORTS

We can take care of all your Year End Reports including processing and distributing your employees' P60's.

ACCOUNTS/BOOKKEEPING

INVOICING

PXF can generate your invoices whenever you need them wether it be weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. Even if you only need them generating on an as-and-when basis. We can arrange for these to be posted or emailed, whichever suits your customers' needs. If there is a particular logo of your own that you wish to be included on your invoices, we can arrange for this to be done via our I.T. department (prices vary according to design).

RECEIPTS/PURCHASES

PXF can process your receipts/purchase invoices on your dedicated ledger, and organise your Vat return where applicable.

BANK STATEMENTS

PXF can reconcile your bank statements on your dedictated ledger, and provide monthly accounts for you, so that you are always kept up-to-date of your company's financial position.
